ADVOCACY UPDATE

The Nature Center
Complex

Currently, the Nature Center at White Clay Creek State Park is located in the Chambers House which is approximately 200 years old. It’s busting at the seams with collections, summer programs, and other activities.

The legislature has now allocated significant funding for the construction of a new Nature Center. Design discussions are ongoing with the Park’s consultants. Ground breaking for this project is now scheduled for Qtr 4 2025

Please let our local legislators know that you appreciate their support. Email your representative today.
